Plan for student flats sparks residents’ parking worries – Cardiff
Scores of residents turned out to show their anger at plans to build 300 flats for students in their community.
Plans have been submitted to build 23 blocks of flats, each three storeys high, to house students on the old railway sidings site behind Mynachdy Road, Gabalfa, Cardiff.
