Public inquiry into Hatfield student flats plan
Welwyn Hatfield Council has twice refused planning permission for developer Hatfield Student Accommodation Ltd to build a five block complex at 106a to 120 College Lane, Hatfield.
Main areas of concern are parking, impact on neighbours, the proposal is out of character with the area, the effect on highways safety and the effect on land stability.
