Empiric fully commits fundraising proceeds
Empiric Student Property, the owner and operator of premium student accommodation across the UK, has confirmed that the net proceeds of the company’s most recent equity fundraising in October 2015 were fully committed by the end of December 2015, significantly ahead of target.
