Administrators appointed for housing and student accommodation schemes in Liverpool and Manchester

Administrators have been appointed for three big housing and student accommodation developments in Liverpool and Manchester after Elliot Group, their developer, failed to secure funding following the arrest of its founder.

The three stalled buyer-funded schemes have a combined development value of more than £400 million.
