Sean is a Student (PBSA) & Living Accommodation specialist and has worked in the sector since 2001. He established and operates TigerLime Ltd, a specialist Living Accommodation Services company.

Since 2007, TigerLime’s consultants have advised developers, investment funds, universities, agents, pension funds, banks, existing operators and private investors on strategy, proposed schemes and operational properties throughout the UK and Europe, alongside carrying out detailed property and operational audits and delivering management solutions.

The company specialise in providing expert advice and delivering solutions on all aspects of scheme Design, Specification, Budgeting, Positioning, CAPEX, OPEX, Operational Processes and Management, to maximise net profit and the customer experience.

TigerLime’s consultants provide independent advice and are dedicated to assisting the industry in providing first class student accommodation.

I previously worked for Unite Group plc, a UK provider of purpose built student accommodation. I built up considerable experience in project management, customer experience, strategic and business development roles. I was responsible for ensuring the finished product met the needs of all stakeholders including the end users and involved the overseeing and coordination of design and new property development on anywhere between 10 and 20 contracts simultaneously, at sites throughout the UK, with an annual budget in excess of £180m.
