Worthington to build £22m Manchester student digs
The construction arm of developer Marcus Worthington Properties is expected to start construction of a student accommodation block in Manchester’s University district in the New Year.
The Preston based developer has received planning consent for a 416 bedroom student accommodation scheme in Manchester worth over £22m.
Its is the latest of several student accommodation jobs for the firm and brings total work won in this sector to around £80m …
