Council backs revised Naafi site scheme – Plymouth

Controversial plans for hundreds of student rooms on the site of the old Naafi building in the city centre have been scaled back. 

However, the development by Plymouth University will still create a ten-storey tower on the corner of Armada Way and a nine-storey block along Armada Way.
