Plans for 15-storey student flats in Leicester’s West End set to be scaled down
A developer planning to build a 15-storey block of flats for students is scaling the project down after complaints the building was too high.
Developer Jamie Lewis Residential has asked Leicester City Council for permission to create 479 student flats in four buildings on Upperton Road in Westcotes, Leicester, next to the Great Central Way.
