Joint venture secures £16.5m facility – York
A joint venture partnership between University of York and Leeds-based Evans Property Group has secured a £16.5m debt facility from Santander Corporate Banking’s real estate finance team in Leeds.
The facility helped finance the purchase of seven blocks of student accommodation.
