Mansell to develop $39 million student accommodation in Canterbury

UK-based Mansell has been chosen by University Partnerships Programme (UPP) for a £24 million ($39 million) student accommodation project in Canterbury.

As part of the contract, Mansell will construct four-storey student accommodation blocks at Keynes College, University of Kent in Canterbury. The on-campus development, built through a long-term partnership between UPP and the University of Kent, will comprise 495 new build student rooms adjacent to the existing Keynes College.
