Kimpton secures contract as Demand for Student Accomodation Soars – Liverpool
After a recent surge in university applications fuels demand for student accommodation in Liverpool.
Kimpton has won the building services design and installation contract for a new student residence on London Road.
The site was formerly home to the Windsor pub which has been demolished to make way for the construction of a high specification, 100 unit student residential block called Windsor Court.
