Legal threat made over city factory – Leicester

Leicester City Council said it will consider taking legal action against the owner of a Victorian factory if it does not make changes to the building.

Two weeks ago graffiti appeared on the former Great Central Railway wagon repair works, in Upperton Road, Leicester, and windows were blocked up from the outside.
