Rockspring acquires student accommodation in Leeds
Rockspring Property Investment Managers, (“Rockspring”), today announces the acquisition of Leodis Student Residences in Leeds, a significant student accommodation scheme, from the Evans Group, on behalf of a pension fund client.
Rockspring acquired this asset in conjunction with its partner, The Mansion Group.
