Plymouth student flats get go-ahead
A student flat complex with 146 bedrooms in North Hill has been given the go-ahead by councillors.
The scheme including 36 cluster flats and 14 studio flats built on the sit of existing homes and warehouses in Regent Street.
A Tiverton company, Colourcolt Student Living, sought planning permission for the project and intends to market the flats individually or in blocks …
