Developers converting nursing home to student flats – Lincoln
Work has begun to turn a former nursing home in Lincoln into student accommodation.
The Park View Nursing Home, which was closed in September last year, will provide accommodation for 53 students when the conversion is finished. New kitchens, LED lighting, carpets and broadband will be added to the property on St Botolph’s Crescent, with large living room areas and TVs in each bedroom.
