Student flats plan for Leicester ‘eyesore’ site welcomed by civic society
Plans for three blocks of students’ flats on derelict land have been welcomed by heritage watchdogs.
Leicester Civic Society has said it would be pleased to see the redevelopment of the overgrown two-acre site off York Street.
