Europa for sale for £36m
Aprirose Real Estate Investment has put a 592-bedroom student accommodation block in Liverpool on the market with a £36.35m price tag.
A sale at the asking price would represent a net initial yield of 5.25%. Europa on Manfred Street is let to Nicelock until March 2030, at a rent of £2m a year.
