Empiric Student Property Raises GBP65.7 Million
Empiric Student Property PLC Thursday said it raised GBP65.65 million in its recent placing and subscription offer, funds it said it will use for further investments, as it announced it has acquired a student accommodation development in Huddersfield.
The real estate investment trust said it issued a total of 65 million shares at 101 pence per share.
