University of Hull tenders £24m student digs

The University of Hull is inviting bids for a £24m scheme to build new student accommodation.

The contract is for the design and construction of space for 562 students, along with kitchens and social areas. It is part of a a scheme to provide a total of 2,000 new student beds over the next few years. Work on pedestrian and traffic routes will also form part of the scheme, which has a total estimated build cost of £24m.
