Plymouth student block sold for £9.4million
THE world’s largest asset management and investment firm has paid £9.4million for a block of student flats in Plymouth – and the option to build more.
The student accommodation package acquired by BlackRock includes Frobisher House, a 134-student-bed scheme leased to the University of Plymouth.
