Swansea’s old county court to be converted into student accommodation

The grade two-listed building, on the corner of St Mary’s Square and Princess Way, was formerly occupied by Travel City Direct but has been empty for nearly a decade.

Swansea planning officers have now given approval to London-based SHC Development LLP for 22 self-contained units and flats to take shape there on the first and second floors, with a new, partial third floor to be added.
