Temprano acquires new student accommodation development site in Seville
Temprano Capital Partners, in a joint venture with CPA®:18 – Global and Helena Rivero, has acquired a prime, city centre student accommodation development site in Seville for the Temprano Student Living (TSL) portfolio.
TSL is currently developing five projects in Spain and three in Portugal, together with the residence in Marques de Pombal, Lisbon, that was inaugurated in January this year. The TSL programme now amounts to 3,500 beds in Iberia.
The City of Seville has over 80,000 full time students, approximately 4 per cent of which are from outside of Spain, a percentage that is increasing annually, given the popularity of interchange programmes such as Erasmus and European funding initiatives …
