Corestate expands in Europe, buys micro-living properties in Poland
Corestate Capital Holding has invested €73m to buy its first micro-living properties in Poland for Bain Capital Credit.
The real estate investment manager said it has acquired the asset in Gdansk and Krakow on behalf of the $41bn global credit specialist.
