Final phase of SOYO development approved – Leeds
Caddick Group has secured planning approval for the final phase of its SOYO development at the heart of Leeds’ cultural quarter.
Blocks A and D were approved by Leeds City Council’s City Plans Panel last week (30 November 2023). Both will provide new student accommodation.
