Hatfield student flats plan returns
Plans to demolish a Hatfield bingo hall and build in its place a major new student housing complex have returned.
Developers, who were denied planning permission last year by Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, have resubmitted a slightly scaled-down application while they wait for the outcome of an ongoing legal appeal.
