Student pads to light up entrance to city – Lancaster
Plans to create 96 student pads in Lancaster city centre that will “glow up at night” have been given the go-ahead.
The development by CityBlock at Victoria Court, in Penny Street, will see the demolition of the existing empty ground floor units, and the creation of a four storey block above, containing various types of student accommodation.
