Planning gained for Liverpool accommodation
Manchester-based Formroom Architects, has gained planning consent for a 262 bedroom student accommodation scheme in the Ropewalks area of Liverpool. In addition to the bedroom accommodation, the project, commissioned by property developer, Iliad, will comprise onsite management facilities, 28 under-croft parking spaces and communal student facilities such as a common room and launderette.
Adjacent to the commercial heart of the city centre, the scheme will provide high specification accommodation designed to create an inspiring environment for students to live and learn.
