DLA advises on £60m acquisition
Lawyers from DLA Piper’s Sheffield office have advised on the £60m acquisition of the former BBC Costume Store in West London.
Acting on behalf of OCM Luxembourg Unicity Holdings, a student accommodation investment company backed by Oaktree Capital Management, DLA provided real estate, construction and banking advice on the acquisition.
