Major new student homes village planned for Salford
Planning permission for a major new student housing project in the heart of Salford has been applied for.
Proposals for 1,091 student flats on Adelphi Street, close to the University of Salford, have been submitted by Hull-based company, Manor Property Group. Also included in the scheme are a gym, café, car park and landscaping.
