Anger at plan to house 700 students in Leicester’s West End
A student flats development up to nine storeys high and housing 700 people could be built in Leicester’s West End.
Developer Jamie Lewis has submitted a planning application to build in Western Road, near to the site of the former Equity Shoes factory, which he has already converted into student flats.
