Plans approved to change Chester hotel into student accommodation
The University of Chester is delighted that its joint planning application with La Salle Investment Management for a change of use of the 160-bedroom Chester Travelodge to student accommodation has been approved.
The University is seeking to undertake minimal internal alterations to the Delamere Street site – which would retain en-suite rooms and the ground floor communal area – and is hopeful that students will be able to move in for the start of the next academic year in September 2013 …
