Reasons to be positive about the student rental market

Students are a key part of the letting sector’s client base and account for a significant proportion of the private rented sector (PRS).

However, the government’s decision to raise tuition fees a few years ago caused concerns the number of students in the country would drop and the PRS would suffer as a result. Thankfully, that situation doesn’t appear to have come to pass, as a new report has revealed the student rental market is in good health.
