Student flats plan for Stoke office block
Plans to turn an office block into accommodation for more than 70 students have been unveiled.
Dencourt Ltd wants to convert the top four floors of London House in Hide Street, Stoke into 20 student flats.
Sixteen of the apartments would be multiple occupation, while four would be one-bedroom, with room for 76 students in total.
