New Student accommodation next to University of South Wales’ Treforest campus rejected

Planning permission for a new 51-bedroom student accommodation next to the University of South Wales’ Treforest campus has been rejected by councillors.

Rhondda Cynon Taf council ’s planning committee met on Thursday, November 5, and rejected the application by developers T.L. Developments Ltd for a proposed three-storey building at Park Pride in Brook Street.
