Ediston Real Estate plan 358 student bedrooms for Bath
Ediston acquired Pinesgate, Bath in 2010. The property comprises two 30,000 sq. ft. office buildings on a 2.6 acre gateway site on the edge of the Historic City of Bath.Through discussion with Bath & North East Somerset Council, Ediston has produced a comprehensive plan for the redevelopment of the site.
The western end of the site shall be redeveloped to provide 113,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office accommodation, the first new Grade A space to be developed in the City since 1992.
