Comprehensive study of Cambridge’s student accommodation

A study into student accommodation undertaken on behalf of Cambridge City Council has indicated that the council’s approach, within its emerging Local Plan, to providing accommodation for students while also safeguarding market and social housing, remains appropriate as the city grows in the coming years.

The study, which was commissioned to provide an overview of current student accommodation supply and demand, will be used by the council and partners to inform the developing plans for accommodating students here.
