37-storey tower planned next to Oxford Road station – Manchester
A developer has applied for permission to build a 37-storey block of student flats next to Manchester Oxford Road railway station.
Allied Developments has told Manchester City Council planners that the tower on New Wakefield Street will have 33 storeys of student accommodation topped by a penthouse apartment.
