£40m plan to develop four-acre site in city – Leeds
A property developer has revealed plans for the £40 million redevelopment of a four-acre site in Leeds’s Civic Quarter.
Downing have submitted plans to the city council for the proposal to create a new student development on land formerly owned by Leeds Metropolitan University.
