Unite accommodation fund posts 6% growth
Unite Group has posted a 6% increase in the net asset value per unit of its student accommodation fund.
The group’s results for the year to 31 December 2010 showed that NAV per unit increased from £0.762 per unit in 2009 to £0.808 per unit by the end of last year.
