Student flats causing ‘destruction of Egham Hill’
A developer plans to expand a contentious scheme for students flats in Egham Hill.
Danehurst Developments Ltd, formerly Ternion Ltd, wrote to residents earlier this month, advising them of its intention to acquire 57 and 59 Egham Hill to build accommodation for 91 students.
It is currently building 125 student flats at 61-71 Egham Hill – a development that was originally refused by Runnymede Borough Council’s planning committee in September 2010 …
