Fear student flats in Northampton town centre could harm area
People who live close to the proposed site of a new block of student flats in the middle of Northampton town centre have expressed concern about the impact the development could have on the area.
The University of Northampton displayed plans for the redevelopment of the St John’s open air car park at the Guildhall yesterday.
