Lawrence House in Nottingham sold for student accommodation
The building in Talbot Street was first marketed at MIPIM last year and has now been sold to Study Inn, which specialises in developing and running student flats.
Kieran Leahy, director of Study Inn, said: “The site was presented to us by Nottingham Regeneration at MIPIM last year. It’s a great example of how public-private partnerships can work with each other at MIPIM to make things happen back in the UK
“The Lawrence House acquisition went very smoothly and the scheme is currently in for planning. Work is expected to take place on site over the summer with students moving in for the next academic year from September 2012.” …
