Campus Living Villages in talks to acquire Opal properties
The properties in Salford, Bedfordshire, Bournemouth and London, are being sold by administrators PwC, who were one of four accountants appointed to Manchester-based Opal earlier this year.
Student accommodation provider Campus Living Villages has been confirmed at the preferred bidder to acquire eight properties which were formerly part of the failed Opal Student Property Group.
