Edinburgh student accommodation sold in £22 million deal
An Edinburgh student accommodation building has changed hands as part of a £22 million property acquisition by 90 North Real Estate Partners and Rasameel Investment Company.
Goods Corner, opposite the University of Edinburgh’s King’s Buildings engineering campus, has been sold along with Dover Street in Leicester by developer Aimrok.
The Edinburgh property comprises 108 studio bed spaces while the Leicester one has 135 bed spaces. Both were built in 2018 and have so far been 100% let …
