Plans approved for Alumno’s Rockingham Street PBSA

Alumno Group has been granted planning permission for its Rockingham Street purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development, designed by architects Maccreanor Lavington.

The development is located on a challenging vacant triangle of land at the junction of Rockingham Street and Tiverton Street. It includes three adjacent railway viaduct arches in the London Borough of Southwark. Hopes are that the Brownfield constrained site will help to optimise the wider housing delivery targets in the Borough.
