Approval granted for 511-bed Elephant & Castle student accommodation
Lambeth Council has approved AHMM’s design for a 511-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Elephant & Castle, London, developed for Unite Student.
The 19,000 sq m development will replace the existing Jewsons builders merchant site at 6-12 Kennington, featuring a primary 16-storey tower alongside lower-rise buildings.
