PATRIZIA and Fabrix partner to tackle PBSA shortage
Investment manager in real assets PATRIZIA and London-based real estate developer Fabrix have launched a joint venture – Sustainable Communities (SC) London – with over £100m of investment to tackle the capital’s acute housing shortages.
Starting with an initial equity commitment of £45m of client capital managed by PATRIZIA, the platform will deliver sustainable, affordable and alternative housing solutions in London by repurposing underused urban land and buildings.
The partnership’s first scheme in Elephant & Castle is already under way, and future projects will expand the joint venture’s mission to build a platform of residential assets that deliver strong social outcomes and long-term value …
