IP Investment Management completes Amro Valencia Puerto PBSA
IP Investment Management has completed and opened the Amro Valencia Puerto purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development in Valencia.
The scheme opened to students in January 2026 and has recorded strong initial leasing performance, with over 70% of beds already booked for the opening semester.
