Exeter cycle route puts push into pushbike
Cyclists will have to push their bikes rather than ride them after controversial proposals for a new bike route were given the go-ahead.
Developers proposed a ‘push route’ up a steep hill in Exeter in place of a traditional bike link due to “difficulties” in accommodating anything else.
